Compensation Details: • Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000. • $550,000 for the first year with a guaranteed ongoing base of $400,000 plus production and retention bonuses • Student loan or retention bonus to $250,000 available. • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
